Production

The high quality of the ISO-DRAIN dimpled sheets is owed to the coordinated production processes and the state-of-the-art production facilities. All lines were developed by Interplast engineers and are optimized for the requirements of an innovative, reliable and efficient production. With several extrusion lines and one of the largest facilities in Europe for making films in sizes up to 4 m wide, the procuction has an extensive capacity and a high degree of flexibility.

The Inline process



The vacuum forming – the process for forming of thermoplastic material - is the basis of the Inline process. After extruding the Polymer, the hot thermoplastic material is shaped in a continuous process using a continuous roll tool, then rolled up and cooled down
